My Panasonic system has been faulting but the original supplier is gone. Can you help?

Yes — this is one of the most common situations we deal with. We diagnose, repair, and maintain Panasonic PABX systems regardless of who installed them originally. Send us the fault symptoms by WhatsApp and we'll tell you what we can do before you commit to anything.

Can you add more extensions to my existing system without replacing it?

In most cases, yes. Whether it's adding line cards to a Panasonic, expanding trunk capacity on an Alcatel, or integrating additional SIP extensions into a Mitel — our team will assess what's possible before recommending replacement.

How quickly can you respond to a fault?

For clients in the Klang Valley, we typically respond same-day for emergency faults. Standard faults are usually resolved within 24–48 hours. If you need guaranteed response times, ask about our maintenance contract options which come with committed SLAs.

What happens to my existing phone numbers if I upgrade to a new system?

Your numbers stay with you. We handle the number porting process and configure the new system to use your existing number range. For most businesses, the transition is invisible to customers calling in.

Do you service businesses outside of KL / Selangor?
